Volunteers
Fact is the track needs you! It takes so many people to make the race day go smooth the more help we have the smoother it is.
-Flaggers, each race we need at 8-12 flaggers to make the race day run smooth. (yellow flag, finish line flag)
-30 sec board guy. This person will check each rider is ready then show 30 sec/5 sec then turn the board sideways dropping the gate!
-Gate dropper, simple job but required to be around for the start of every moto
-Score Keeper, backs up the transponder system in case of a electronic power loss or transponder failure.
-Medics, Every race we will have a medic on staff!

equipment
-Dozers are the life blood of the facility and will always make the day go smoother with one or two on site. tuning the track and compacting the dirt.
-Loader. The track is taking a big transformation soon as it thaws, a loader will be handy to move big piles of dirt to appropriate parts of the track
-Skid steers, These have proven to be almost a necessity at the track depending on weather. the speed at which they can scoop water out of puddles and then sprinkle dry dirt makes the track runnable even on some of the worst weather days!
-Excavators, We are always expanding track, and with expansion comes tree stumps! We will have several of these that need removed anytime we can get an excavator on site it has proven to be a great asset! We have plans to expand the pond, dig water lines and much more.
-The only thing stopping us from expanding the track, widening lanes is time and the proper equipment.

drag or disc
We need a way to fluff up the dirt. when down in the states we seen a few different tracks that seemed to work really well. we are trying to design/build a drag for the track that will eat up packed dirt then flatten/fill holes and ruts.
Watering system
Ideally we would like a water truck these have proven to be fast and efficient at watering the track, with that being out of reach we have been working on building infrastructure for a underground watering system.
-Water pump 2" pressure pump (cant be a trash pump they lose head pressure when nozzled or sprinklered)
-2" hard line (hdpe plastic or metal irrigation line)
-valves, connectors, couplings ect. we do have two big rain bird sprinklers we are hoping to get active this year. (200 foot radius)

command center
The Command Center to run the races.
-Transponder system (bought but now needs setup tested)
-Video Surveillance (we want to be able to see and live feed via projector whats happening on the back section of track)
-Projector (for audience to see how the race is going on the back section of track
-Website Correlation eventually we would like to have our races live feed via transponder and video.
-Chairs for scorers and computer operators

Trophies and awards
We are always going through trophies donating trophies is a great way to save the facility on operating costs.
-Trophies, we can take any old trophies you may have (soccer, bball anything!) broken beat up or in great shape we will take them all for parts!
-Plaques, any old plaques you donate will save us money as we can reprint/sticker the old plaques.
